The colour scheme css files can be found in the templates/ecolift/css/hilite folder and are very easy to edit in order to create your own colour palette.

Ecolift comes with six naturally inspired colour schemes colour schemes that are earthy and environmental. Each scheme works with a colour hierachy that uses the nav area as the main core focus for the theme with complimentary colours and accents used for buttons, link highlights and the footer texture.
